Terms
Terms for Apollo OS°.
These terms set the service conditions for access to Apollo OS° and the related products and media properties.
Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service govern access to Apollo OS° and the related products, diagnostics, operational tools, media properties, and educational surfaces made available by Apollo Advisors ABN 34 346 108 139. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
This deployment may include shared account access, workspace-based tools, command-layer navigation, diagnostics, AI-assisted systems, educational content, and media properties. Some services may be public, some may require an account, and some may be made available only to invited or paying users.
- shared shell navigation and command-layer access
- account and workspace entry points
- operational dashboards, diagnostics, and intake flows
- AI-assisted workflows and system outputs
- media and educational surfaces published within the ecosystem
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account or within workspaces you control. Access credentials must be kept secure, and account or workspace access must not be shared in a way that bypasses access controls or contractual boundaries.
- keep login credentials and workspace access secure
- provide accurate account and contact information
- use services only within the permissions granted to your account or workspace
- notify the operator promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been compromised
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the services, interfere with product reliability, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected surfaces, or use the infrastructure in ways that undermine the safety or clarity of the deployment.
- do not abuse shared account or routing surfaces
- do not introduce malicious, deceptive, or unlawful content
- do not interfere with diagnostics, reporting, or service availability
- do not misrepresent affiliation with the products or operator
AI and diagnostic outputs
The services may include AI-assisted workflows, generated summaries, diagnostic outputs, recommendations, or educational materials. These outputs are provided to support operational decision-making, but they may be incomplete, context-dependent, or require human review before action is taken.
- review outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions
- do not treat generated outputs as guaranteed error-free or comprehensive
- use generated outputs as decision support, not as a substitute for professional advice where regulated judgment is required
Fees and future paid services
Some services are currently informational or access-controlled, and some may become paid services over time. If subscriptions, usage-based charges, enterprise plans, or other paid features are introduced, the applicable commercial terms, billing conditions, and renewal rules will be presented with those services.
Using a free or pre-commercial surface does not create any entitlement to future free access, pricing continuity, or feature availability.
Availability, suspension, and change
The operator may update, suspend, restrict, or retire services where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, product change, or operational continuity. No uninterrupted availability or permanent access to any particular feature, workspace, or product surface is promised.
Where practical, notice of material changes may be provided, but urgent security, reliability, or legal actions may require immediate change or suspension.
Content and intellectual property
Interfaces, diagnostics, content, documentation, branding, and published media remain part of the deployment unless stated otherwise. You may use the services as permitted, but you may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit protected material except where the operator or applicable law expressly allows it.
Liability and contact
The services are provided to support operational work, but they are not a substitute for legal, accounting, security, or other regulated professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator excludes warranties that are not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Questions about these terms, access rights, or service use can be sent to usage@apolloadvisor.com with enough context to identify the relevant product or workspace.
